Alpha CEC would like to be as fair as possible regarding cancellations. In order to be as fair as possible to both our customers and our drivers, we operate on the following agreement.

All bookings cancelled with more than 24 hours notice are charge free.

All bookings cancelled within 24-12 hours notice are subject to 50% payment.

All bookings cancelled with less than 12 hours notice are done so with full fare payment.

Alpha CEC recognise that some cancellations are outside the customer’s control and will waive this payment in certain circumstances. Please contact us to discuss.

All airport pickups are taken with 1 hour  waiting included. Any waiting time in excess of 1 hour is charged at £15.00 per 30 minutes plus the additional parking fee at cost.

By accepting a quote from us and booking you have agreed to these terms.
